Event Description:

The Call on Washington program allows association members an opportunity to travel to the nation's capital and meet with members of Congress, agency officials and ATA policy and legislative staff. There is no substitute for a personal meeting to communicate the trucking industry's priorities.
 
WHY PARTICIPATE?
* Unique opportunity to discuss key issues of concern in person with your congressional delegation in the U.S. Capitol
 
* Demonstrate support for Arkansas Trucking Association's legislative and regulatory priorities
 
* Network with your congressional delegation, and their staff, agency officials, and association members
 
* Overview from American Trucking Associations' leadership on the trucking industry's initiatives in the legislative and executive branches
 
SCHEDULE
 
Plan to arrive by 1:30 pm on Monday, April 20. Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) and Clinton National Airport (LIT) both have direct morning flights to D.C.
