SESSION 1: Can cameras really replace mirrors?

Get the latest information about camera mirror systems, and how fleets with industry-leading training programs are utilizing these systems to enhance the safe operation of their vehicles.
Representatives of Stoneridge will be on hand to present a comprehensive overview of the MirrorEye® the industry’s leading camera monitor system. Attendees will learn about the technology’s development, recent improvements and receive a look in to where the technology is headed in the future. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to experience MirrorEye® first-hand following the session in one of Stoneridge’s demonstration trucks.
Brad Corrodi is vice president of fleet products and services at Stoneridge, a leading global supplier of a wide range of electronics and actuation products to commercial vehicle and automotive OEMs, publicly traded under SRI. The fleet products and services business unit was formed by Stoneridge in 2019 to bring integrated solutions to the customers that use their products, drawing on technologies developed across a broad range of OEM supplier categories. Prior to joining Stoneridge, Corrodi performed strategic advisory services for the company on several acquisition and restructuring projects. He is an experienced growth business leader and investment manager, having founded Princeton Management Associates in 2009 to focus on developing and implementing growth strategies.
Prior to founding PMA, Corrodi was a partner in Logispring/Ad Euendem Industrial Innovation funds, which managed €250m over three funds. Successful investments included Apriso (acquired by Dassault Systems), Xterprise (acquired by SML Group) and Odyssey Logistics. Prior to joining Logispring, he served primarily technology, transportation and manufacturing companies as a strategy consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, based in London. He received his electrical engineering degree from Yale University in 1987 and his MBA from the Wharton School in 1993. He currently resides in Princeton, NJ with his wife and two daughters.

SESSION 2: Workforce Trends in Arkansas

Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce
Randy Zook, president and CEO of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce, will discuss workforce trends in the state including the demand for qualified workers, which industries are most successful at recruiting (and why) and the ways businesses can work together to address staffing shortages. The new Be Pro Be Proud trailer will also be on site for attendees to tour this hands-on rolling advertisement for the industry opportunities across the state.
Randy Zook is the president and CEO of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce and the Associated Industries of Arkansas.
A few of his accomplishments during his tenure include strengthening the brand of the State Chamber, increasing membership, leading two successful statewide initiatives, and refocusing attention on the workforce development system in the state.
For 34 years, he worked for Atlantic Envelope Company of Atlanta, GA, a $200-million, manufacturer of custom printed envelopes and business products. He served as president and CEO of the company from 1989 to 2004.
He currently serves on the boards of the Arkansas Public School Resource Center, Economics Arkansas and McGehee Farm & Real Estate Co.
He and his wife, Diane, have three grown children and five above-average grandchildren.
