FMCSA Updates
With a new administration in the White House and new Secretary of Transportation, members may be wondering what regulatory changes could be coming and what FMCSA initiatives will look like. FMCSA's Kevin Breedlove will present updates on hours of service, certification of violations, hair and oral fluid drug testing, the drug & alcohol clearinghouse, COVID-19 impacts and more. He'll also be answering questions about the updates to driver DOT physical and medical card processes coming this summer.

Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
Kevin Breedlove is the division administrator for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration in Arkansas. Breedlove graduated from Western Carolina University with a degree in criminal justice. He started his career at the FMCSA in 1999 and has served as a safety investigator, federal programs specialist, and state programs manager. Breedlove lives in Austin, AR with his wife Cheryl and their 12 children.
