Event Description:

Register for the fourth quarter meeting of the Arkansas Trucking Association Accounting & Finance Council at Maverick Transportation, 13301 E Valentine Rd., North Little Rock on December 12 at 10:30 a.m.

Topics will include fuel fraud prevention and cost savings and a carrier panel discussion recapping the highest highs and lowest lows of budgeting and hiring in 2023. Carriers will share how their current year experience is forming their expectations and planning for the year ahead.

During this presentation fleets can expect to learn about areas that are impacting their cost of doing business. We will do a deep dive into the fuel fraud epidemic, we will assess the impact fuel fraud has on profitability, discuss limitations in current fraud prevention, explore different methods & technology fleets can implement to lower their exposure to improve their overall fuel cost.
