2023 Corporate Fleet Safety Awards

CORPORATE SAFETY AWARDS
 All Arkansas Trucking Association members in good standing are eligible to enter. Any employee of an ATA member company, including the nominee, may submit nominations for the following awards:

• maintenance professional of the year
• safety professional of the year
• driver of the year
• fleet safety

These contests give us a chance to recognize our outstanding members, maintenance professionals, safety professionals and drivers at the Arkansas Trucking Association Conference. Please take time to make sure your company gets recognized for achievements in safety.

Arkansas’s safest carriers, top safety professional, top maintenance professional and driver of the year will be recognized at the Arkansas Trucking Association’s Annual Business Conference and Vendor Showcase, to be held May 15-17, 2023, at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock, Ark.

 Any person, including the nominee, who is employed by a company currently holding corporate membership with the Arkansas Trucking Association, may submit nominations.

The entry forms for the Corporate Fleet Safety Awards have two columns for number of accidents and frequency rates. One is for DOT reportable accidents and the other is for all accidents. Awards are based on a company’s DOT reportable accident frequency, with one winner per division, per mileage category. In the event of a tie, the all-accidents frequency will be used. In the event that a tie still remains, the company with the most Arkansas miles will be awarded top prize. PLEASE NOTE: Companies will be required to attach a copy of their crash activity detail by downloading, printing and attaching the report generated within CSA’s Crash BASIC. The report must be downloaded within 30 days of submission of the entry form.

ENTRY FORMS MUST BE RETURNED TO ARKANSAS TRUCKING ASSOCIATION NO LATER THAN MONDAY, MARCH 20.
