Arkansas Trucking Association will be promoting careers in the trucking industry this fall. On November 9, during the University of Central Arkansas Bears vs. Southeastern Louisiana University Lions football game, we'll be tailgating in support of UCA's Transportation Day.
We will inform students and families that a transportation career is more than driving trucks. Our industry needs talented dispatchers, accountants, sustainability officers, compliance specialists, marketing experts and hundreds of other professionals to move the freight in our state. We'll also be raising funds for scholarships to the logistics and supply chain management program at UCA.
There are several ways that you can spread the word about all the opportunities to choose a career that drives our state and nation forward.
