In this presentation, Experts Priscilla Peters and Scott Dismuke will present the latest data, trends and highlights surrounding driver recruiting and retention. Priscilla Peters has over 26 years experience in the transportation industry, specializing in driver recruiting, retention, marketing, advertising, communications and training.
She is currently the vice president of marketing and training for
Conversion Interactive Agency, the leading driver recruiting and
retention agency in the trucking industry.
Peters speaks nationally for organizations on topics relating to driver recruiting and retention, and she brings insight and first hand experience on how motor carriers should think differently when it comes to recruiting and retention.
She has experience working for both a large motor carrier handling their internal driver advertising and marketing, and also experience with the leading advertising agency in the market. She was recently named 2023 Top Woman to Watch in Trucking by Women in Trucking.
Scott Dismuke is the vice president of operations for PDA. In this role, Dismuke oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s two offices in Brentwood, Tenn., and Van Buren, Ark. PDA consults with some of the nation’s top transportation and logistics companies providing carriers with actionable data and analytics on their driver feedback, while helping them keep drivers in their trucks.
Prior to joining PDA, Dismuke served as director of business development for Zach Wamp Consulting, after serving as a communications aide and strategist on the former Tennessee Congressman’s 2010 gubernatorial campaign.
