Event Description:
Attend a joint meeting of the Accounting & Finance Council and Maintenance & Technology Council. This third quarter meeting will be held at ArcBest, 8401 McClure Drive, Fort Smith, AR 72916 on Thursday, August 29.
The meeting will be held from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm, and lunch will be served while attendees network with other accounting and maintenance professionals in a workshop-style setting.

Chetan Bhatia is a vice president within Stroz Friedberg’s Cyber Resilience practice where he helps clients proactively manage cyber risk. Bhatia has over 20 years of experience in information technology, information security and information risk management and has a track record of delivering results in highly regulated industries such as investment banking, insurance/reinsurance and HR outsourcing and consulting.
Taylor Mitcham, ARM, AAI, serves as the primary risk advisor for several Aon transportation clients nationwide. He works with Aon colleagues nationwide to identify and mitigate client risk, and to ensure delivery of all appropriate resources and solutions. The Aon transportation teams Mitcham leads design innovative risk management solutions for clients to achieve their lowest total cost of risk. Mitcham has over 15 years of experience in providing insurance and risk management services to clients nationwide.
Session 2: Modernization of the Internal Registration Plan (IRP) Processes

The presentation will address where the Department of Finance & Administration started with the online services and where the program is now. The discussion will also include the current process of making changes, the training that has been conducted and the department's plan for future changes.
Christy Earnhart started her career with the Department of Finance & Administration in the summer of 1980, working part-time in IRP each summer through 1985. After graduating from the University of Central Arkansas in May of 1985 with a degree in business administration, she became an IRP auditor. She was promoted to the IRP manager in October of 1991 and held that position until June of 2009 when she became an assistant administrator. Her role requires more involvement with motor vehicle matters in addition to overseeing the IRP unit.

- Identify the cybersecurity risks that transportation and logistics companies face
- Discuss mitigation tactics that companies can implement when facing cybersecurity threats
- Discuss utilizing cyber liability coverage to address current and future exposure
- Receive an overview of the Department of Finance & Administration's current online IRP services
- Discuss current issues with the online IRP services and plans to resolve and improve the program

With the constantly changing cyber threat landscape Aon will detail the risk that transportation and logistics companies face as well as discuss some of the mitigation tactics that companies can implement from a proactive and reactive perspective. We will also discuss the scope of a cyber liability insurance coverage and how it can be utilized to address some of the current exposure.
Adam Bruere is a broker on the cyber solutions team and has been with Aon since 2014. He has prior experience at Aon working in account management. Bruere manages errors and omission exposures for clients across the country. Some areas of expertise include the following: network security & privacy liability (cyber), technology errors and omissions, miscellaneous professional liability, media liability.
