Jeff Green
President & CEO
LockNClimb, LLC

For the past 20 years, Jeff Green has served as President and CEO of SCA Construction, Inc., a mid-sized full-service mechanical contracting company with major industry clients. After a ladder fall resulted in an employee injury, Jeff began looking for ways to create specialty ladders which were comfortable to use and ergonomically safe. Working with mechanics in the field and safety directors with major airlines, LockNClimb developed and patented specialized types of ergonomic safety ladders within OSHA and ANSI guidelines. These ladders won acceptance as they were easier to use than existing ladders and lifts and were found to help decrease accidents and injuries when implemented with proper training. LockNClimb ladders are now being used in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities by most major airlines around the world.

Two years ago he noticed heavy truck mechanics had a similar problem and developed a series of ergonomic safety ladders and stands for the trucking industry.

The presentation will include a hands-on invitation to experience ergonomic safety ladders. Special thanks to MHC Kenworth/Volvo Springdale for providing a truck for the demonstration.
